Sydney Cricket Ground, NSW
DP were part of the team that designed the foundations for the new grandstand at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG). The $60 million grandstand will replace the Doug Walters Stand and the famous Yabba's Hill. The redevelopment will see an extra 2800 seats added to the ground with a multi-level grandstand extending between the existing Churchill and O'Reilly Stands.

National Tennis Centre, Melbourne VIC
DP carried out a range of geotechnical assessments  beneath selected courts at the National Tennis Centre in Melbourne, VIC.  The investigations were used a basis for considering a major planned resurfacing operation to ensure playing surfaces were of 'world class' standard.

DP completed a detailed environmental site assessment for a proposed re-zoning and urban development in South West Sydney, part of the NSW Growth Centre Commission strategy to accommodate 40% of Sydney's new housing.

Mission Beach, Far North Queensland
The subsurface conditions at a site in Mission Beach between Townsville and Cairns in North Queensland has posed a series of challenges for a proposed three level apartment building over a basement. DP engineers undertook analyses of stiffened raft slabs using advanced numerical techniques to assess foundation behaviour and provide input for the structural design of the raft slab option.

Magenta Shores, Central Coast NSW

A large parcel of redundant industrial land on the NSW Central Coast has been transformed into a world class integrated resort and residential precinct by one of Australia's largest developers.
Magenta Shores is a peninsula site nestled between the Pacific Ocean and Tuggerah Lakes.

Major Land Slip at Harbour Yacht Club, Sydney
Middle Harbour Yacht Club (MHYC), located in Sydney's Middle Harbour, NSW experienced a major submarine landslip in 2004 whilst undergoing an extensive marina modernisation programme. The landslip formed a 60 metre long hole, was up to 6 metres in depth and extended into the adjacent public beach.

World's Deepest Continuous Trench Groundwater Barrier Wall

Construction of the world's deepest continuous trench groundwater barrier wall at the former steelworks site in Newcastle NSW, part of a $110 million remediation strategy by the Regional Land Management Corportation.
