Our Awards

In 2008, Douglas Partners took out the Client Choice Award for Best Consulting Engineering Firm (less than $50M). This was the first of many client choice awards we would go on to win as the years moved forward and cemented our consistent dedication to outstanding client service.

Douglas Partners are proud winners in the Financial Review Client Choice Awards 2019 in the category for Best Provider to Construction & Infrastructure. This award is recognition of the efforts and dedication from all our staff and our commitment to outstanding client service.

The Defence Reserves Support Council has, for another year, recognised Douglas Partners for a Supportive Employer award in recognition of the support and encouragement provided to Jack Snowden, an Environmental Scientist in Douglas Partners’ Sydney office.

DP's Managing Director, Will Wright, was awarded 2019 Diversity Champion in the Hunter Diversity Awards.

Will did not know he had been nominated until he was named a finalist.

In winning Will said "...... it was a team effort at Douglas Partners to make the change and to build towards a culture that embraces diversity and inclusion." He then went on to explain "..... I’m a privileged, middle-aged white male from a comfortable middle-class background and I haven’t had a lot of the challenges that other people in the workplace and community have had. I haven’t been fighting bias and negative attitudes throughout my career and I think with that comes a real responsibility in that in my position it would be remiss and almost morally negligent not to have a crack and try to make a change with diversity and inclusion."

In 2014, our Melbourne branch took out the prestigious client choice award for Best Victorian Firm. This was a proud accomplishment due to the expertise, commitment and dedication of our Melbourne team.

Such great results require consistency in client service right across the company over an extended period and are due to the contribution of staff right across Douglas Partners.
