Doug has been involved in a wide range of geotechnical projects including site investigations, earthworks control and construction monitoring, earth dam and bund construction, civil excavations and construction and levee and dam construction for water and mine tailings storage, and major road construction projects. Most projects have involved working closely with both the contractor and the principal to provide testing and solutions suitable for the project.
Doug is managing the laboratory at our Coffs Harbour office. In early 2020 he was promoted to Associate. He aims is to provide clients with timely, accurate information to assist them in completing their projects on time and on budget.
In his spare time Doug enjoys hiking and target shooting and working on the family farm.
