Experienced Soil Technician

Kunda Park, Sunshine Coast, QLD

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Soil Technician to join our Sunshine Coast team based in Kunda Park.

This is a hands-on role involving a mix of field and laboratory testing across soil, aggregate and concrete, in line with Australian standards. You’ll contribute to accurate data collection, support project delivery and help maintain the high standards we’re known for.

This opportunity is well suited to someone with site experience who enjoys practical work and is looking to continue building their skills within a supportive team environment. We are open to a range of experience levels for the right candidate.

 

What You’ll Bring

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:

  • Practical experience in soil, aggregate, rock, grout or concrete testing;
  • Familiarity with Australian Standards and Main Roads (QLD) testing methods;
  • Experience in Level 1 & Level 2 Earthworks testing and inspections to AS3798;
  • A current Nuclear Gauge Licence;
  • Valid Australian drivers licence;
  • White Card / OH&S Induction card;
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills;
  • A proactive approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Previous NATA signatory experience will be highly regarded.
