Senior/Experienced Soil Technicians

Macarthur, NSW

What the role is

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable senior/experienced Soil Technicians to join our Macarthur laboratory.

You will work closely with our Laboratory Manager and senior staff and will be trained to perform soil aggregate and testing in accordance with relevant national and state standards. The positions consist of hands-on testing, analytical assessment on data and or the preparation of test reports.

 

About you

The successful candidates will possess:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in with Level 1 earthworks supervision to AS3798 and Level 2 earthworks testing;
  • A good understanding of Australian Standards for soil and aggregate testing – essential;
  • A high level of initiative, flexibility and enthusiasm and be a team player;
  • Excellent communication skills, motivation and commitment to deliver work to the highest standard;
  • Hold a current Australian driver’s licence (manual will be highly regarded);
  • Hold a White Card and Nuclear Gauge- highly regarded, however, can be organised once employed.
