Tania is the Finance Business Partnering Manager of Douglas Partners, based in Sydney having joined in December 2020. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA- UK), an Associate Member of CPA-Australia and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Economics. She has over 18 years of experience in commercial finance, business partnering, financial planning & analysis and financial strategy.
Tania has worked across many industries namely engineering, manufacturing, freight, airlines, healthcare and not-for-profit, both locally and overseas. She enjoys working with different stakeholders to maximise return and ensure sustainability of the business.
